Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements for participation in the resort preview. The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the resort developer. If Newport Marketing LLC believes that the eligibility requirements for participation are not being met, Newport Marketing LLC reserve the right to cancel any reservation and a full rack rate will be imposed to current guest reservations disclosed at time of check in.
Newport Marketing LLC is not responsible for any purchases made for your vacation outside of the purchased package, this includes but is not limited to: airfare, transportation, park or event tickets, guided tours, etc. Any questions please contact Newport Marketing LLC.
In the event Newport Marketing LLC is informed by the hotel that either your selected travel dates, accommodations, or presentation have become unavailable, Newport Marketing LLC reserves the right to offer substitute accommodations of equal or greater value, or alternative touring location if available, or you will receive a full refund for the total monies paid to Newport Marketing LLC excluding additional fees incurred for previous reservation modifications.
Limited to one promotional package per household. No group travel is permitted. A group is considered more than one family traveling together to the same resort location, with the same arrival dates. Discounted rates may be available for family and friends.
IMPORTANT: If any of the above qualifications are not met upon arrival, standard room rates and/or a $250 non-tour fee will apply.
Rescheduling and Changing Your Reservation: If you wish to re-schedule, add extra nights, or subtract nights, please call our Customer Service line at 1-888-528-1840 or e-mail us at reservations@newportmarketingllc.com. If calling after office hours or e-mailing, please make sure to include your: name, travel destination, reservation number, original date of arrival and departure, and new date of arrival and departure.
Canceling Your Reservation: If you are unable to re-schedule your vacation and must cancel instead, you can do so 14 Business Days prior to your arrival, at no cost. If you wish to cancel your vacation package after the grace period, a 1 Night + Tax will be assessed. Any changes after the grace period will result in a $29.95 Change Fee (based upon availability). If you do not cancel or make changes to your reservation 7 business days or less before your arrival date, you will be assessed a full package price. The cancellation period of 14 business days supersedes any provision within this Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy. E-mails are not an acceptable form of cancellation.
PLEASE REMEMBER: No refunds will be given for no-shows, early checkouts or unused nights.
